Luke Irving is the founder and CEO of Fingermark, a leading technology company that focuses on optimizing Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs) through innovative solutions like self-ordering kiosks, digital menu boards, and drive-thru intelligence systems. Fingermark provides deep insights by capturing and analyzing data, helping QSRs enhance their connection with customers, staff, and managers.
Luke’s inspiration for the business came from his time managing bars in Wellington, where he envisioned flipping the POS system to give customers control over their orders. This simple idea has since evolved into a global enterprise that works with the world’s largest QSRs to improve operational efficiencies through the restaurant. With a passion for both technology and people, Luke thrives on developing products that make a difference in everyday lives.

Robyn co-founded Hello Period in 2017 and it is the only sustainable period company in the world that has a product for everyone and has diverted more than 600,000 single use period products from landfills around the world.
In 2021, Hello Period raised $2.4 million in their oversubscribed seed round raise.
To date, Hello Period, which is certified B Corp certified and Climate Positive, has It aims to reach one billion by 2030 and become a world’s leading sustainable period care.

HAMISH PINKHAM
Co-founder of Rhythm & Vines and Endeavour Live – attracting the world’s top music acts to NZ.
Hamish Pinkham is the co-founder and director of Rhythm and Vines, New Zealand’s premier live music festival and the first in the world to welcome the new year. What started as a small gathering in Gisborne while Hamish was at Otago University has grown into a 30,000-strong event featuring acts like Chance the Rapper, Calvin Harris, and Major Lazer.
In addition to Rhythm and Vines, Hamish co-founded the sister festival Rhythm and Alps in Wanaka and also launched the Phoenix Summit, a gathering of creative minds featuring global visionaries, aiming to inspire New Zealand’s creative community.
Hamish is a co-founder and director of Endeavour Live, delivering some of New Zealand’s most beloved events, including Sir Tom Jones, Fatboy Slim, and Mac Miller. Since 2017, they’ve developed festivals such as The Golden Run, Touch Bass, and Spring City.
A qualified lawyer and musician, Hamish was recently named a finalist for the EY Entrepreneur of the Year award. He is passionate about the growth of the music, events, tourism, and creative industries both locally and globally.
