Who will join Ken Sutherland, Graeme Lowe, Adam Dunkerley, Hamish Whyte and UnisonFibre as winners of The Profiteers in 2012?

Nominations are now open and as part of the business community, this is your chance to nominate and then vote for those that you believe have achieved in 2011.

We’ve put some names forward to get the ball rolling but you have until March 23 to nominate and vote.

The Profiteers acknowledge those that are at the top of their game. They are current and future business leaders.

Our definition of Profiteers are those that are making a valuable contribution to the local business community and the Bay’s economy.

They are Pro Hawke’s Bay!

These are not ‘judged’ awards, they are a recognition from others in the business community. The Profiteers are the Peoples Choice.

There is no set criteria, the Profiteers are based on your view on who is making a valuable contribution to the Hawke’s Bay business scene.

There are five categories – The Profiteer 2012, EntreProfiteer of the Year, Legendary Profiteers of local business, Rising Profiteers in 2012 and Virtual Profiteer.

The Profiteers will be announced at a cocktail function.

We have made some nominations based on who we think have made a contribution, but you can also nominate a business person or business and they will be added to the list for others to vote on.
